URBN Built offers a Project Management service that will guide you through each stage of the process. Appoint URBN Built as Development Manager to oversee all necessary permits, approvals and management of the pre-construction process, including the appointment of all necessary professional services and consultants such as land surveyors, arborists, geotechnical and structural engineers, and landscape designers, including; land surveys for sub-division and new title registration, town planning reports, submission to and liaison with council, demolition of existing dwelling, architectural design, interior design, and construction.
If you have yet to purchase your block, URBN Built can assist with a pre-purchase inspection and undertake a preliminary planning and financial feasibility to determine its suitability for development.
Work with our architect to develop the preliminary designs for the development, within the context of the council planning scheme and any neighbourhood characteristic requirements. An estimate of the construction cost can be provided at this stage based on your design specifications.
URBN Built will navigate the project through the town planning process. We will prepare the planning application, including the town planner report and town planning drawings. We conduct a pre-application meeting with council to get preliminary feedback on the proposed development.
With town planning approval, we proceed to preparing all the construction documentation for review by the building surveyor, who issues the building permit. URBN Built will prepare Project Specifications, detailing all fixtures and fittings, and present a formal construction quotation for your consideration.
On completion of the construction documentation we are ready to commence construction. We offer fixed price contracts and the capability to complete your new home to exacting detail.
